Measurements is a big part in computers. without having measurements, information can be lost and will not accurately identify if there is a problem. Businesses uses measurements alot because they need all the data they can get to know if their business is successful, or something needs to be changed to make the business profitable. you can the stock market of an example, stocks of a company can determine whether a business is successful and gives the stock holder information about whether to sell the stocks, buy, or keep them for gain.
I know many of you have mentioned measurements in their blogs, so I would like to talk about customer service. Professor talked about how can we know if a customer is satisfied with the product or our customer service. some of the ways we can find out is surveys, emails, talking to your customers, and even having a positive customer relationship can help you know that a customer is happy with your service.
