Hello everyone, My name is Raffaele, but most people just call me Raff. I am new to the blogging world, as this is my first class that i have had to blog for. I am not sure what i am suppose to talk about so i am just going to give you all a little information about myself. I was born in Italy in 1984, and shortly ten years after I moved to the states due to the fact that my father was traveling back and fourth between Italy and the United States.

The first day of class we had a brief history of Information Systems, and how it developed and it was cool learning how it all came together from beginning to modern day product. I have to say from what I learned the first day of class that I am going to like this class based on the fact that I like computers and have always wanted to learn how it all came together to the stuff that we have now days available for everyone to use. Another thing that I was amazed buy was the size in which these computer use to come in back then, anywhere from main frames to personal computers.
